Heat Granola Bars with Coconut Oil 

these chewy, no-heat granola bars - highlighting healthy oats, your most loved kind of nut margarine, superfood coconut oil, and nectar as a characteristic sugar - can be prepared (and will be eaten up) in only minutes! 


Fixings 

1 glass nutty spread, almond margarine, sunflower seed margarine, or your most loved nut spread 

1/2 glass nectar 

1/2 glass coconut oil 

2 1/2 mugs moved oats 

1 glass destroyed coconut 

1/4 glass small scale chocolate chips, discretionary 

Guidelines 

In a medium pot set over medium-low warmth, soften together nut margarine, nectar, and coconut oil, mixing until smooth. Expel from stove and blend in oats and coconut. Empty blend into a 9-by 13-inch heating dish. Spread into an even layer, sprinkle with smaller than normal chocolate chips (if utilizing), and immovably push down with the back of a spatula or clean hands. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares or bars (I like to cut 3 lines of 4 bars each) and expel from container. Store granola bars in the cooler, either in a water/air proof holder with wax paper isolating the layers, or independently enclosed by saran wrap. 

Notes 

You may substitute hacked nuts, seeds, as well as dried organic product for the coconut, or include them furthermore. For a chocolate seasoned granola bar, you may mix chocolate chips into the oat blend, where they will mostly or totally liquefy.
