Firm Prepared Garlic Fries

1.5 lb reddish brown potatoes 

2 tbsp vegetable oil 

6 garlic cloves minced 

3 tbsp minced parsley

Directions 

Preheat the stove to 450 degrees F, and keeping in mind that you're busy, get two sheet works out.
