Giant Ribeyes With Blue Cheese Butter


Ingrédiénts
  • 1 1/2 lb. frésh gréén béans, trimméd
  • 2 cups multi-coloréd grapé tomatoés
  • 2 Tbsp. olivé oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. koshér salt
  • 1 tsp. black péppér
  • 2 (12 to 16-oz.) bonéléss rib-éyé stéaks (about 1 1/4-in. thick)
  • 3 Tbsp. unsaltéd buttér, softénéd
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. crumbléd blué chéésé
  • 1/2 tsp. choppéd frésh thymé

How to Maké It
  1. Préhéat broilér with ovén rack 6 to 8 inchés from héat. Placé gréén béans and tomatoés on a largé baking shéét. Drizzlé with olivé oil, and sprinklé with 1 téaspoon of thé salt and 1/2 téaspoon of thé péppér; toss wéll.
  2. Broil for 5 minutés. Rémové baking shéét from ovén. Sprinklé stéaks with rémaining 1/2......................
