{Instant Pot} Pressure Cooker French Dip Sandwich ~ Delicious, Tender Beef Cooked in Your Pressure Cooker and Turned Into the BEST French Dip Sandwiches! Easy Weeknight Dinner Recipe for Your Instant Pot!

Ingredients
3-4 lb chuck roast or bottom round beef roast
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp olive oil
1.25 oz pkg dry au jus mix
12 oz can beer
3 Tbsp butter melted
1/4 tsp garlic powder
12 slices of provolone cheese
8 large rolls
1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley optional

Instructions
1.Let roast rest at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before searing.

2.Add olive oil to pressure cooker and hit saute button.

Ingrèdiènts 2 1/2 cups granulatèd sugar 1 1/4 cups unsaltèd buttèr (2 1/2 sticks) 1 3/4 cups unswèètènèd cocoa powdèr 1/2 tèaspoon koshèr salt 4 largè èggs 1 cup all-purposè flour 2 tèaspoons baking powdèr 1 tèaspoon vanilla èxtract Instructions Prèhèat thè ovèn to 325 dègrèès F, and mist an 8 by 8-inch or 9 by 13-inch pan with non-stick spray.   Linè with parchmènt.
