Cherry Walnut Chicken Salad
Easy chicken salad with a twist using fresh cherries and walnuts.


Ingredients
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 celery stalks, diced
2 cups pitted and cut in half fresh cherries
3/4 cup packed cilantro, diced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped green onions
salt and pepper
crescent rolls (I use Pillsbury)

Instructions
1.Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight to let the flavors deepen.

Ingrèdiènts 2 1/2 cups granulatèd sugar 1 1/4 cups unsaltèd buttèr (2 1/2 sticks) 1 3/4 cups unswèètènèd cocoa powdèr 1/2 tèaspoon koshèr salt 4 largè èggs 1 cup all-purposè flour 2 tèaspoons baking powdèr 1 tèaspoon vanilla èxtract Instructions Prèhèat thè ovèn to 325 dègrèès F, and mist an 8 by 8-inch or 9 by 13-inch pan with non-stick spray.   Linè with parchmènt.
